Ten films about the revolution in Mexico at Austin MACC

A film series about the Mexican Revolution will be presented from September 24 to October 20 at the Mexican American Cultural Center (MACC, 600 River Street). The series SE BUSCA: LA REVOLUCION MEXICANA, presented by the MACC and Cine Las Americas portrays an event that forever transformed the landscape of Mexican politics and its social and cultural life. In many ways, Mexico is still coming to terms with a revolution that shook the political foundations of the country from 1910-1920, and continued as a civil war through 1929. This series of 10 feature films and documentaries serve as a cinematic legacy of the characters and events of an unconcluded revolution.
