Francisco Goldman, a major figure in the U.S. and Latin America, is
the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship and has been a Fellow at the New
York Library Center for Scholars and Writers. He is currently Allan K. Smith
Professor of English at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
