College journalism students are invited to apply for the fall 2007 reporting internship at Hispanic Link News Service in Washington funded by the Scripps Howard Foundation. The program is open to college juniors and seniors. It is not open to graduates or graduate students.
Fall term, Sept. 10 to Dec. 14 – applications through mail must be postmarked by April 13, 2007. Applicants can also apply directly to Hispanic Link by e-mailing their resume and up to five clips to editor@HispanicLink.org.
The Hispanic Link interns will earn a stipend of $2,500 and live in free housing with interns in the Scripps Howard Foundation’s Semester in Washington Program. The furnished apartments are in Northwest Washington near the National Zoo.
